Manage your subscription, upgrade or downgrade, and understand invoices.
Fix common issues with WhatsApp connection, missed messages, and sync errors.
After signing up, go to Settings → WhatsApp in your dashboard. You'll see a QR code. Open WhatsApp on your salon's phone, tap Linked Devices → Link a device, and scan the QR code.
Once linked, niia will start monitoring incoming messages within 60 seconds. You don't need to change your number or tell customers anything — it all happens on your existing number.
If you're using WhatsApp Business API (for high-volume salons), our team handles the setup for you as part of onboarding.
Navigate to Manage → Services in your dashboard. Click Add Service and fill in the name, duration, price, and which staff members offer it.
niia reads this list when answering customer questions. If a customer asks "how much is a balayage?" she'll quote your exact price. Keep it up to date — even seasonal promotions or limited-time offers can be added here.
Go to Settings → Salon Hours. Set your regular open/close times per day of the week. You can also add public holiday closures or one-off exceptions.
niia uses these hours to know which slots are available when booking. Customers will never be booked outside your open hours.
Go to Manage → Staff and click Add Staff Member. Enter their name, role, and the services they offer. You can also set their individual working hours if they differ from salon hours.
When niia books an appointment, she assigns it to the correct staff member based on availability and the service requested.
When a customer messages asking to book, niia asks for the service they want, their preferred date and time, and (if applicable) which staff member. She checks availability in real time and offers the nearest open slot.
Once the customer confirms, niia creates the booking in your dashboard and sends them a confirmation message with the date, time, service, and staff name.
Yes. If a customer says "I need to move my appointment" or "can I cancel?", niia looks up their most recent booking, confirms the details with them, and processes the change.
Cancelled slots are immediately freed up and become bookable for other customers.
By default, niia sends a reminder message the evening before every appointment (around 7 PM). The customer can reply to confirm or reschedule directly in the same WhatsApp thread.
You can customise the reminder timing in Settings → Reminders. Options include 24 hours before, 2 hours before, or both.
The dashboard home screen shows today's booking count, after-hours activity, resolution rate, and customer sentiment. It updates in real time, so you can keep it open on a screen at reception.
AI Analytics covers conversation volume by day, peak hours, and resolution rate, plus an intent breakdown showing what share of messages are bookings, inquiries, complaints, or general chat.
You can also track sentiment over time, your most-requested services, and the no-show rate before and after reminders. Analytics is available on Growth and Pro plans.
The dashboard is organised into Dashboard, AI Analytics, Bookings, Services, Customers, Staff, Workflows, and Settings.
Bookings and Customers fill up automatically as niia handles conversations — you don't need to enter them by hand.
Every WhatsApp thread appears in Manage → Conversations. Each entry shows the customer's name, the most recent message, sentiment, and whether niia or a staff member is handling it.
Click any conversation to read the full transcript. To reply yourself, toggle Human mode in the top-right — niia pauses immediately, and resumes when you toggle it back.
niia flags a conversation when she is uncertain about a customer's request — for example a complaint or an unusual service question.
Flagged threads appear with a yellow indicator so you can review them. You'll also receive a push notification if you have the mobile app.
niia answers using the information you save in your dashboard: your services, their durations and prices, which staff members offer them, and your salon's opening hours.
She only uses that exact information, so if a customer asks "how much is a balayage?" she quotes your real price rather than a guess.
Update services, prices, and staff in Manage → Services, and opening hours in Settings → Salon Hours. Changes take effect for new conversations straight away.
Keep it current for seasonal promotions and limited-time offers too — if it's in your service list, niia can talk about it accurately.
niia handles customer conversations in English, Arabic (Modern Standard & Gulf), Hindi, and Tagalog, so she can greet and book clients in whichever of those languages they message you in.
The salon-facing side — your dashboard, settings, and service list — stays in English.
Yes. Each service in Manage → Services lists the team members who offer it, and niia uses that when assigning a booking.
If a customer asks for a specific stylist, she checks that stylist's availability before confirming the slot.
Yes — niia answers 24/7, including evenings and weekends, so a message that arrives at midnight is handled straight away instead of waiting until morning. The dashboard tracks that after-hours activity separately.
Appointments themselves are still booked inside your opening hours: customers are never given a slot outside the salon hours you have set.
Workflows are automated message sequences that niia sends for you — for example a follow-up after a visit or a nudge to rebook.
They are found under Workflows in the dashboard and are available on Growth and Pro plans.
Yes. Go to Settings → Reminders to choose the timing: 24 hours before the appointment, 2 hours before, or both. By default niia sends one the evening before, around 7 PM.
Customers can confirm or reschedule straight from the reminder message, in the same WhatsApp thread.
niia has two plans: Starter and Growth. Starter is built for a single salon, while Growth is for busier salons and multiple branches — it adds no-show follow-up, full AI analytics, more staff seats and branches, and WhatsApp support.
Both plans start with a 14-day free trial, and no credit card is needed until you launch. Current prices and included limits are listed on the Pricing page.
Every plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Credits are spent from one shared pool that covers chat messages, voice replies, reminders, feedback, review and waitlist messages, and broadcasts and workflows.
Starter includes 10,500 credits per month and Growth includes 24,000. There are no per-message fees on top — you can check your remaining balance in the dashboard.
Subscription settings live in Settings → billing in your dashboard, where you can view your current plan and move between Starter and Growth.
If you need an invoice, a receipt, or help with a billing question, email connect@saaragh.com and our team will handle it directly.
Starter includes email support. Growth adds WhatsApp support on top. Both plans are handled by the same team at connect@saaragh.com.
We answer questions about setup, billing, and the product — and if you're on WhatsApp Business API, onboarding is handled for you.
First, check your dashboard status indicator — a red dot means the WhatsApp connection was dropped. This usually happens if the phone was restarted or the WhatsApp session expired.
Go to Settings → WhatsApp and click Reconnect. Scan the new QR code with your salon's phone. niia will resume immediately.
If the problem persists, email connect@navan.ai and our team will diagnose it within 2 hours.
This is rare but can happen during a brief connectivity outage. Check Manage → Bookings and look for a "Pending" status — these need manual confirmation.
If the booking is missing entirely, go to Manage → Conversations, find the customer's chat, and create the booking manually. Then report it to us so we can investigate.
Our support team typically responds within 2 hours during business hours.
